Our staff is deeply committed to children and to providing a nurturing and comfortable environment. All staff meet monthly to plan and coordinate curriculum. The staff also participates in Early Childhood conferences and workshops. All teachers meet or exceed the Early Education and Care Department requirements for teacher certification. The kindergarten teachers have K-8 certification from the Massachusetts Department of Education. Our staff also is able to draw upon their own experiences as parents themselves.

As the staff feels communication is of utmost importance, parents are welcome to meet at any time with the teachers and/or the Director about any concerns or questions they may have.
